Travelling to Mons

🚅 By train 

The venue is a 20-minute walk from the Mons train station. 

More information on the train timetables can be found on the Belgian Railway website – SNCB - NMBS. We recommend downloading the mobile app.

Please note that Mons is called Bergen in Dutch. Depending on your departure location, the train might be announced as going either to Mons or to Bergen.

🚗 By car 

If you are coming from France, take exit 23 Nimy-Maisières.

When coming from Brussels on the E19 / A7 towards Mons, take exit 23 bis Jurbise – Pairi Daiza.  

Follow the N6 Chaussée de Bruxelles and the Rue des Viaducs and then turn right to Avenue Maistriau or Avenue du Champ de Mars. 

Do please note that parking space around campus is free but limited

✈️ By plane 

If you are travelling from Brussels Airport (BRU), you can take a direct train to Mons (Bergen in Dutch) leaving from the airport train station.  

If you are travelling from Brussels-South Charleroi Airport (CRL), you may either take a direct shuttle to Mons (50-minute ride), or a bus to Charleroi-Central station followed by a 30-minute train to Mons.
